As a complementation of your sports and recreation activities or in bad
weather, you can use the hotel relaxation centre all the day. To
achieve real relaxation you can use our sauna, whirlpool, solarium or
you can go to various types of massage.
Finnish sauna
uses the effect of dry hot air of temperature 85°- 105 °C. The
sauna has a heater with steam generator, which allows to turn it into a
steam bath or when we apply aromatic essence, it can be used for
aromatherapy. In the sauna there is special lighting for light-therapy
and a loud speaker connected to the central audio system. Due to
hygienic reasons, the cooling pool is replaced with a cooling shower
– bucket.
Whirlpool
There is a group whirlpool with relaxation effects suitable for
regeneration of limbs, against irritation, fatigue and for relaxation.
You can use professional whirlpool with sitting place for 5 adults,
equipped with a bead bath and hydro-massage jets. It is equipped with
lighting for evening baths. Not only the bath feels great, but it also
provides a beautiful view of the opposite slopes of Medvědín.
